Support OpenAPI version: DIP-MDS 2.0

There now exists a new OpenAPI definition: DIP-MDS 2.0 https://www.bzst.de/EN/Service/Portalinformation/Mass_data/DIP/mass_data_dip.html

In the openapi.yml in this repo, the version: DIP-MDS 1.3 can be seen.

Our understanding is that < 2.0 will not be supported for DAC7 submissions from 2026-01-01 onwards.

However please note that this will be done on the side - and may take some time - as we are also involved in other (payed) projects which have higher priority.

Hi! Afraid we've moved entirely away from DIP now and submit DAC7 reports via the new web-based interface.
