When requesting data with api, symbol, etc., there should be a limited time for the request to be mined and completed. This will help to prevent any requests from getting stuck in queue and other requests can move up.
If a request times out:
- make sure tip payed is given back.
- are we able to get the rewards back to zapmaster?
- make sure all other params/variables are updated with the next request in queue
