Support new ps.pishock.com API

Announcement back in July:

The API also got a bit of a fix for latency, we're going to test it over the coming days, if you want to help us test it just change the endpoint to https://ps.pishock.com/pishock/operate and give it a swing, please ping Saerich if you get any unexpected behavior. A note, this endpoint does NOT work with the old V1 firmware for the Lite (Standard), so if you haven't updated your PiShock please do so if you want to use this.
