Updater install handoff owned by the app (verified relaunch, recovery UI, release metadata), NSIS uninstaller integrity fix with in-place upgrade over 6.3.1-6.3.3, two-stage inactivity exit, compact update banner, product discovery on the Complete screen, landing rebalance.
