We're Corneliu and Anthony. We spent years designing and shipping production-grade generative AI systems — scalable cloud architectures, applied AI for enterprise customers. A lot of that work was prototyping: helping customers figure out what was possible, what was production-ready, and what was just hype.

Somewhere in that work, a pattern emerged. The same problems kept showing up. The same gaps. And we started thinking: if we're solving this over and over for different customers, maybe it deserves a proper solution.

That's how we build. We don't start with ideas — we start with problems we've seen firsthand.

While building AI prototypes for customers, we kept running into the same wall: how do you intelligently route user queries across multiple specialized agents, maintain context across turns, and ship something that actually holds up in production?

There was no good answer. So we built one. We started with a project called multi-agent-orchestrator — and as it grew, it became Agent Squad. We're the authors, the main maintainers, and we're still actively evolving it.
