  • replace the stale launch snapshot with exact CLI 0.1.48 and LintAI 0.1.2 evidence
  • record Discovery sequence 37 and Security sequence 2 with exact counts and digests
  • document fail-closed cache, fallback scan, warning, and blocking behavior
  • link the production Pages deployment and public signed-index canary

Verification

  • no placeholders or stale 0.1.47 evidence remain
  • git diff --check passes
