* Require EVTYPE_ARM_DCE_PUBKEY in the PCR[18] event sequence. * Fail when the DCE public key event is missing or out of order. * Update subsequent failure result IDs to account for the new check. * Align DL013 and DL015 tests with the D-CRTM measurement rule.
