Installation

This package can be installed via pip: pip install impulse_mcmc

Currently working:

• Metropolis-Hastings sampling with adaptive jumps
• Parallel tempering with adaptive temperature spacing (as in Vousden et al. 2016)
• Vectorized likelihoods and priors

• Resume function
