release.yml publishes to PyPI via trusted publishing (OIDC, environment pypi, no stored tokens) on v* tags — the same tags the Docker workflow already versions images from. Bumps version to 0.2.0 (first published release; 0.1.x was the pre-rename era). README pip section now points at pipx install matebot.
