This is a huge project by OOP in C++, with some advancing properties

Unzip the file to be able to use it.

#Properties 1- Decryption and Encryption password that sending and gitting from the User.txt file 2- Login register for the Users 3- Login count for 3 times or it will block 4- Give permissions for the Users when User add another one, if the User don't have a permission the window will block and do not show for him. 5 - (-1) in the permissions mean the User has full permission on the system
