Sidebar sync drops partner toolkit navigation entry

Medium Severity

The automated sidebar sync script overwrites _meta.tsx, removing the "Partner" separator and Tavily entry because it doesn't recognize "Partner" toolkits. This makes Tavily undiscoverable in the sidebar, even though its page and other references still exist. The issue will repeat with future syncs.
