This PR adds a Comprehensive Log Investigator plugin for Mission Planner.
The plugin provides automated post-flight analysis of ArduPilot DataFlash .bin logs directly from Mission Planner.
It generates a structured investigation covering flight overview, mode transitions, navigation and GPS performance, attitude and control behavior, power system performance, significant events, warnings, anomalies, and pilot-oriented findings.
The goal is to make comprehensive flight-log investigation accessible to Mission Planner users without requiring external analysis tools.
The plugin is implemented as a single Mission Planner .cs plugin and is located under the Plugins directory.
I have tested the plugin with multiple ArduPilot flight logs.
