Justification

These changes are part of the move to making this a living resourced. It will be much easier to add sections, tables, and figures now that they are dynamically indexed.

Further comments

Changed header, tables, and figure structure so that they are dynamically indexed.
Moved Forward from Part 1 to a higher level.
Fixed numerous typos in the tables.
Created dynamic links to to figures, chapters, sections, and tables throughout both documents.
Also deleted the now redundant 00-front-matter.qmd documents in Part 1 and Part 2 directories.

@jacobkasper There are a few merge conflicts that need to be resolved. I am not sure what i should be accepting since i am am not as familiar with the structure of the book and the intended changes. Could you take a look?

headings indices are hardcoded and should be dynamic figures not dynamically numbered tables not dynamically indexed
