README now holds only what a developer changes from the default scaffold (kept short so it reads as fast/easy, not a lot of work). The full change history moves to a per-repo memory system mirroring the autocss repo: PROGRESS.json + progress/log-001.ndjson. A per-repo CLAUDE.md will follow when this demo is tied to a real product.
