chore(deps): refresh workspace dependencies

Summary

• reapply the exact 11 direct dependency updates proposed by Dependabot PR chore(deps): bump the workspace-dependencies group with 11 updates #45 on current main
• include Next.js and Hono security patch releases alongside the grouped workspace updates
• regenerate and format the pnpm 11.21 lockfile without the stale multi-thousand-line rewrite
• make no application-code or configuration changes

This PR is intended to supersede #45 after merge.
