This PR merges branch 4.0.3 into main and focuses on security hardening across MPC keygen/signing paths, release tooling safeguards, and release documentation.
v4.0.3 primarily reduces risk around entropy misuse and silent RNG failure modes, adds UI Awarness about device's entropy security indicator, strengthens MPC input validation, and documents the current security posture with auditable artifacts for internal and external review.
