• ElectionLanding.tsx — removed the front-runner band, the "The rest of the field" label, the FrontRunnerCard component, and the frontRunnerKeys / frontRunnerNote fields from LandingContent. The mayoral grid maps over all of view.mayoral.
• toronto/vote/2026/data.ts — deleted MAYORAL_FRONT_RUNNER_KEYS and FRONT_RUNNER_NOTE.
• toronto/vote/2026/page.tsx — dropped the corresponding imports and content props.

Note: this removes the front-runner capability from the shared component for every region, not just Toronto. No other region was using it.
