This PR adds the indices.yaml index-definition configuration into the INS backend repository so it can be consumed as part of the backend repo’s resources (per INS-1689), supporting the new Prefect flows that depend on these index definitions.
Changes:
- Added a new
src/main/resources/yaml/indices.yamlcontaining OpenSearch settings plus a comprehensive set of index definitions (mappings + Neo4j cypher queries). - Centralizes index configuration in this backend repo instead of INS-Dataloader.
