2.11.0 — release branch

Cut from main (bddb61043) with two PRs merged as merge commits, in order:

  1. fix(interactive_config): one spelling per axis, and the keys now do something #1154interactive_config: one spelling per axis, and the keys now do something. The agent half of CIRISClient#39. 30/30 checks green on 58dce23fd; no files in common with 2.11.0: "Run without AI" boots ciris-server and the client, and nothing else (#1149) #1150.
  2. 2.11.0: "Run without AI" boots ciris-server and the client, and nothing else (#1149) #1150 — "Run without AI" boots ciris-server and the client, and nothing else (Setup-complete drops run_without_ai: 'Run without AI' is chosen, never recorded, and the next boot aborts on a critical llm_service #1149). The feature — record the flag, stop :8080, return on embedded runtimes, exec into the node on desktop — plus the CSD standard (FSD/CSD_STANDARD.md, CSD-001..004, tools/dev/check_csd.py), the declarative flow runner, the five-platform gate hardening, and pins ciris-client 0.5.209 / ciris-server 0.5.203 with all six server pin sites aligned (gate refuses a drift as its first step).

Version on the branch: 2.11.0. check_version_alignment.py and check_csd.py green at the merge.

What the five-platform gate says today (matrix #5, full triangle)

  • Windows, Linux: no-AI setup 7/7, with-AI fully green with live model answers. Only the client's login-noai / reset legs red.
  • macOS: same, plus with-AI login parks after success — CIRISClient#46.
  • Android, iOS: no-AI setup 7/7 (CIRISServer#563 verified fixed on the phones), then the app dies on a waitForServices timeout — CIRISClient#47.

Every remaining red is the client's, and each has a fix on their main: #43 ships in 0.5.210 (publishing), #46 + #47 in the cut after it. Pins move on this branch as they land; the matrix re-runs on this branch each time.

Plan to main

Pin 0.5.210 → run all five (expect Windows + Linux green). Pin the next cut → run all five → if five green, merge this branch and tag v2.11.0-stable.
