Summary

update Desktop CI to run solution-level tests instead of backend tests only
makes desktop presentation tests part of pull request verification

Verification

dotnet restore AppLensDesktop.sln
dotnet build AppLensDesktop.sln --configuration Release --no-restore
dotnet test AppLensDesktop.sln --configuration Release --no-build

Review lenses

CEO: this reduces drift risk by making UI confidence visible before more product work lands.
Master Dev: this directly addresses the CI gap found while reviewing PR [codex] Add AppLens module detail selection #7.
