This adds a Cloudflare Worker auth broker for TickTick OAuth and wires the CLI to use it for code exchange and refresh without requiring a local client secret. It also sets the shared broker client ID and broker URL as the default auth path when users have not configured their own OAuth app credentials. The docs and env examples now explain both shared-broker and direct-OAuth setup. Verified with cargo fmt --all --check and cargo test.
