Syncs the 0.2.62 source from the private monorepo through the same blob-verified mapping as v0.2.61. The mirror tree, resolved from this repository's own lockfile, rebuilds the archive byte-identical to the monorepo's copy (sha256 35ad8c84…), and this repository's full suite passes against the rebuilt dist, acceptance included. Two changes ride this version: the comment analyzer distinguishes deferring with a placeholder from documenting one (corpus-adjudicated: eleven false positives closed, two borderline losses recorded in the changelog), and three dead exports with zero consumers anywhere are removed.

Same verified sync procedure as #49, one version forward. The mirror tree rebuilds the archive byte-identical to the monorepo's (sha256 35ad8c84288014ced4a184e702480bd478310e9c990fe18498c0e1038388e8a9), release-reference.json re-measured off the files, full mirror suite green locally including acceptance against dist 0.2.62.
Rides this version: the comment analyzer's word-sense fix (11 corpus FPs closed, 2 borderline losses recorded in the changelog rather than patched around) and three dead exports removed.
The live manifest already advertises 0.2.62, so its releaseUrl 404s until this merges and is tagged — same urgency shape as #49. The npm dispatch for 0.2.61 is still waiting at the environment gate; once this releases, that dispatch should be superseded by a 0.2.62 dispatch so the maintainer's one approval publishes the newest version.
