Picks up sonLib's insertion-ordered hash iteration and thread-local random number generator. Cactus pins paffy and forces paffy's nested sonLib to whatever SHA cactus's own sonLib is at, so these have to agree or a cactus build checks out a commit this repo has never fetched. 07cff97..cbb2285 is exactly those two commits: the merge in between changes no files.
