Update FAQ fork and wallet answers

Addresses part of CounterpartyXCP/Website#18.

This PR keeps the change intentionally small and limited to the FAQ wording that reached agreement in the issue discussion:

• remove the “Counterparty 2.0” FAQ entry
• replace the recent-fork answer with Adam’s proposed “Has Counterparty forked?” wording
• replace the Counterwallet answer with the agreed neutral wording and current wallet links

Validation:

• npm run build succeeds
• Build still reports existing broken anchors in API v1 docs; none are introduced by this FAQ change.
