What and why

Adds the standalone pathos-dacs partner kit to the Community tools catalogue as an external MIT project.

The kit is a self-contained Node 18+ sanity runner covering JCS canonical form (§B.2), signature domain separation (§B.7), DACS-4 evidenceHash, and DACS-5 §10.4.1/R5-1 signed-scope drift.

Honest scope

  • Declared exercises-spec, not official vector-tested conformance.
  • Runs 49/49 kit-local sanity vectors reproduced from the independent reference implementation.
  • Explicitly non-normative and not a DACS certification.
  • The code remains maintained in pathos-dacs-ref; Community receives only the external INDEX entry.

Validation

  • Public kit runner: 49/49 pass in place and when copied outside the source repository.
  • Public URL and manifest verified after release.
  • Exact INDEX diff approved by Gemini and OpenRouter.
  • Deterministic secret scan clean.

Take or leave as useful.

Docs-only review.

The new index row keeps the status language bounded: exercises-spec, explicitly non-normative, and not a full DACS conformance certification. That matches the partner-kit shape and avoids overstating it as golden-vector conformance.
