- Use Analysis::removeAnnotation() (with method_exists BC guard) in MergeControllerDefaults::clearMerged()
- Deprecate OpenApiBuilder::clearUnusedPaths() — the underlying pathFilter.recurseCleanup config option is being removed from swagger-php
