DualCare: A Blockchain Framework for Secure Medical Data Sharing with Dual Consent · IEEE Xplore
Cross-chain consortium blockchain framework for medical data sharing through dual consent across homogeneous Hyperledger Fabric networks. DualCare separates hospital and patient data into independent blockchains connected by a relay service for consent propagation and key distribution, with off-chain MinIO storage, on-chain integrity hashes, and cryptographic key management (AES-256, RSA-2048, time-limited revocation). End-to-end implementation and experimental validation demonstrate consistent transaction latency and high pipeline efficiency for real-world healthcare data governance.
