This makes burnout fps-independent. Also exposes a base fps value for such effects. By default it is 30 FPS as it was originally on the consoles.

Any chance of posting a build here with your assorted FPS-related fixes or in your fork? If they aren't already added. The last time I played and finished out MC2 on PC I had to give up over 60FPS for the reasons showcased in engine behavior video on YouTube

Hey, since this repo barely has any activity from Dummies, we migrated to a new repo: https://github.com/jtxredline/mc2hook. The FPS dependency changes are in there.

I know, I starred it. Initially struggled to get it working with the Steam version because it doesn't like the exe but I figured it out. Just patiently waiting for more progress.
