CHARTER.md fixes the thesis, the five ranked tenets and their strict conflict order, the worked pairwise tie-breaks, and the governing-document index (#2). GLOSSARY.md pins project vocabulary (shard vs slot, hot path, advisor, codec, encoding, tier) and INVARIANTS.md pins the five invariants (shared-nothing, determinism, memory honesty, no-fork, behavioral equivalence) with their CI-checkability and ownership map (#3). Extends the prior-art claims check to these new prose files and links them from the docs index. Closes #2 Closes #3 Signed-off-by: Zeke <ezequiel.lares@outlook.com>
