Hi! Nice summary. I left comments mostly about links.
I would also include:
- data description that was given to you: number of clusters, sizes of clusters, number of biomes, pfams, etc.
- also if you have stats about local execution - you can also include it
- clusters that you worked with (you didn't plot all of those, right?)
- image/screenshot from your visualisation (or link to notebook if it exists)
- mention cluster size (or you can even mention cluster rep accession MGYP - db is public anyway) that had issues with missing edges
