Rename TRE GPU Service to SHS GPU Cluster and Add to Main Documentation

Description

Updated the GPU cluster documentation to reflect the new SHS GPU Cluster naming and integrated the documentation into the main EIDF documentation navigation.

The changes include:

• Renamed the existing tre-gpu-service documentation directory to shs-gpu-cluster.
• Updated references and page titles from TRE GPU Service / TRE GPU Cluster to SHS GPU Cluster where appropriate.
• Added the SHS GPU Cluster documentation to the main mkdocs.yml navigation.
• Fixed a minor trailing whitespace issue in the Cirrus documentation.

I made some suggestions about renaming more files that say TRE; please let me know if too onerous to find all their occurrences and fix them.

When i run the pre-commit on repo in auto fix this file, i think there is a space in doc
