EcoToolBox

🌿 EcoToolBox

Open-source ecosystem for biodiversity informatics and Species Distribution Modeling

Making biodiversity data collection, integration, and modeling simple, reproducible, and accessible.

🌍 🛰️ 🦋 🌱 🤖 📊

✨ About

EcoToolBox is an open-source ecosystem that simplifies biodiversity research by integrating species occurrence records, environmental variables, ecological interactions, and machine learning into a unified workflow.

The project was created to eliminate the repetitive work involved in collecting and preprocessing biodiversity datasets, allowing researchers to focus on analysis instead of data acquisition.

Whether you're developing Species Distribution Models (SDMs), studying ecological interactions, or working with environmental data, EcoToolBox provides reusable tools designed to work seamlessly together.

🌱 Ecosystem

EcoToolBox consists of four complementary projects.
