This PR updates the Grafana “Routing” dashboard to (1) introduce a diagnostic table of recent rebalance attempts and (2) incorporate rebalance fees (and existing swap-out costs) into APR/yield calculations via a new “Apply Rebalance Costs” toggle.
Changes:
- Added “Apply Rebalance Costs” dashboard variable and integrated rebalance-fee subtraction into multiple APR/yield panels.
- Updated APR computations to allocate node-level liquidity-management costs proportionally across channel pairs / peer pairs / channels / peers based on fee revenue.
- Added a “Recent Rebalances (Diagnostic)” table and a new “Yield — Rebalance Diagnostics” row section.
