Goal
Add Pi TeamMate dynamic lifecycle behavior on the exact replayed Core and Leader stack: owning tmux endpoint and session routing, public MCP add/send/status, fresh clone, typed unsupported fork, exact cleanup, and fail-closed test apparatus.
