Updates only the stale TEAM_AGENT_OWNER_TEAM_ID entry in phase B-F golden fixtures from empty to teamdir. Frozen head 7e2c65d. Targeted normalized golden tests: 5 passed. Stale-empty phase B mutation tooth: failed 0 passed/1 failed; restored and reran 5/5 passed. Patch matches preserved release-worktree five-golden diff. No product bytes, unrelated fixture changes, merge, publish, or full suite.
