Replace German prose with English and remove an internal record reference from the public README and MIGRATION guide. Also wire the reusable outward-facing content lint.

lint-outward-facingCI check references the reusable workflow atFlowMCP/.github@mainand will stay red until FlowMCP/.github#27 is merged; re-run CI afterwards.Closes #83
