Adds the selected Proof in Review editorial photograph as a restrained atmospheric homepage hero background.

keeps existing hero copy and EvidenceThreads interaction intact
uses theme-aware overlays so text/UI remain primary
preserves the existing orbit treatment above the photograph
uses a compact AVIF asset (22.9 KB)
increases the fade/coverage on tablet and mobile for readability
no product logic, trust-stack, or GenLayer/X Layer behavior changes
