release: prepare AgencityLab 1.1.2

Summary

Prepare the AgencityLab 1.1.2 patch release after the post-1.1.1 analysis geometry hardening merged in PR #10.

Release contents

• bump package/runtime metadata from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2;
• update CI version assertions and distribution artifact naming;
• update README badge, documentation status, citation metadata, and release tests;
• document the 1.1.2 fixes in CHANGELOG.md.

Scientific scope

This release contains diagnostic/numerical hardening only. It does not modify the canonical Agencity equations or physical/contextual parameter definitions.

In particular, CRM, M, O, D, S, J, Theta, beta, P_c, and b are unchanged by the release-preparation commit.
