Summary

  • add a repo-root CUE module and a new platform-rgds bundle lane under rgds/platform
  • add scripts/render_rgds.py plus Just, Moon, CI, Release Please, and ORAS publish wiring for platform-rgds
  • seed the first no-op Platform ResourceGraphDefinition with only dns.zone and tls.clusterIssuer in the public schema

Testing

  • just validate-rgds
  • just check
  • moon run :check
  • git diff --check
  • kubectl apply --dry-run=server -f rgds/platform/render/platform-rgds.yaml

feat(rgds): scaffold platform-rgds delivery lane

Add the first Platform RGD bundle, a CUE-based render and validate pipeline, and the CI and release wiring needed to publish platform-rgds independently from bootstrap charts.

Keep the initial Platform API intentionally narrow with only dns.zone and tls.clusterIssuer and no rendered resources yet.
