Dropped the ts-deepmerge override.

Forcing ts-deepmerge@^8 breaks firebase-functions-test (and CloudEvent-based v2 function tests). The advisory only shows up under npm audit via that dev dependency — npm audit --omit=dev reports 0 vulnerabilities — so the override isn't needed for production.
