HyperPath

This is the official code for the paper "HyperPath: Knowledge-Guided Hyperbolic Semantic Hierarchy Modeling for WSI Analysis (MICCAI 2025 Early Accept & Highlight)".

Preparation

(1) Download the datasets mentioned in the paper (TCGA-BRCA, TCGA-NSCLC)

(2) Extract features using CLAM.
