We call the hidden complexity between those stages the Alchemy — the architecture, the experiments, the failed iterations, the abstractions, the automation, the tiny details nobody notices when everything finally works.
Hidden Alchemy follows a deliberately restrained visual system. Gold should remain scarce — if everything is gold, nothing feels valuable.
The palette is intentionally warm, restrained, and architectural.
The Hidden Alchemy voice is technical without becoming sterile. Primary type: monospaced — used for headings, labels, navigation, metadata, technical content, interfaces, code, and system identifiers.

Not every experiment becomes a product. That's intentional. The laboratory exists so the product can become better.
