This script was only used for updating existing mkngff data on idr-testing. But in future we will add the alt_store to bfoptions when it gets created. See IDR/omero-mkngff#17 |

This script outputs the s3 URL and fileset template path (for path to bfoptions) for each NGFF fileset in the form of a csv file (one csv per study).
The script also includes command-line instructions for parsing the csv file to append
omezarr.alt_storeto each.bfoptionsfile...
