Add multiple games and standardized meta/save files

Motivation

• Add a set of new games and register them in the launcher index so they appear in the Raptor Launcher catalog.
• Provide default save files and metadata for new games and standardize empty save templates for several existing games.

Description

• Added new game folders with metadata and save templates for DinoBlaster2, EpicRPG, GhostEscape, LogicLAB, NanoRacer, SpaceMiner, Tetris32, and pixelSurvivor, each including meta.json and sauv.json and placeholder game.bin files where applicable.
• Updated CarteSD/games/index.json to register the newly added games by adding entries pointing to each new meta.json.
• Standardized or added sauv.json save templates for DinoInvaders, FlappyPtera, ParaRunner, RaptorSDKTestLab, and WiFiTouchConsole to include a default player and zeroed stats.
• meta.json files reference expected assets such as icon.raw and title.raw and include consistent fields like name, author, description, type, indice, bin, save, and index.

• No automated tests were run as part of this change.
