What
Adds a concise guide for documenting roster entries safely, validating backend behavior, and sharing examples without credentials or personal identifiers.
Why
The guide gives contributors a repeatable way to describe local and remote backends while preserving the project's local-first and bring-your-own-key posture.
Test plan
Documentation-only change. Reviewed the new Markdown for secret-safe examples and consistency with the existing roster and measurement concepts.
