Javon 👋

Javon011123@gmail.com

Hi, I'm Javon 👋

Shanghai YaoDong Network Technology Co., Ltd. · Shanghai, China

I build technology into a business, not just code that ships.

🧭 About Me

My background is in Management (Technology track), not a traditional CS degree — but that doesn't mean I only "write requirements." Every product under my company, from architecture design to production launch, has had me deeply hands-on, building it for real. I understand the technology, the engineering process, and I have full hands-on shipping experience — I'm not a product manager who only talks on paper.

What I'm actually good at is making calls at the intersection of business and engineering: the technical path isn't locked into one architecture — cloud-hosted when that's enough, self-hosted on physical infrastructure when scale, cost, or compliance demands it, whichever makes sense economically. I spend my genuinely scarce time and attention on the one question that matters most: "what does this industry actually need?" Visual design and interaction are handled in deep partnership with a professional design team, so the product has a professional-grade UI instead of "engineer aesthetics."

🚀 Products

I run multiple vertical-industry SaaS product lines, all sharing the same underlying capabilities (identity system, payments, AI, content moderation, etc.), shaped into different product forms per industry — spanning retail services, B2B manufacturing, and food & beverage.

① Digital Business Management System for Photography & Wedding Studios

Built for photography / bridal / wedding-planning / floral-design studios. These studios used to need several separate tools just to run the business: a showcase website, a spreadsheet for client records, a WeChat group for scheduling, a ledger for bookkeeping, a checkout counter. We bring all of that into a single Mini Program — the customer-facing side is a polished portfolio showcase and online booking; the merchant-facing side is a complete operations backend covering lead generation, order intake, scheduling, shoots, photo selection, payment collection, and team management, with AI capabilities built in to support day-to-day business decisions. Multiple stores and multiple brands run fully isolated from one another — every store is its own independent, secure operating space. Already live in the WeChat Mini Program ecosystem; the next step is expanding to native iOS / Android apps.

② Business Management System for Custom Packaging / Gift-Box Factories

Built for B2B manufacturing merchants such as custom packaging and gift-box factories. The core idea is "let the factory showcase its production capability, capture inquiring customers, and manage the team's order-fulfillment workflow" — covering product showcase and lead generation, image processing, customer relationship management, team collaboration, and a transaction capability that can be switched on at any time.

③ Digital Membership System for Restaurants (new product line, in development)

A membership and marketing operations system for restaurant merchants: digital membership cards with stored value, coupon-based marketing, QR-code ordering, and inventory management. Unlike the two product lines above, this one gives each merchant their own independent Mini Program entity (rather than sharing one platform account); the backend architecture supports both cloud hosting and self-hosted deployment, and the frontend is designed to adapt across multiple front-end "shells" to make a future move to native apps easier. The positioning here is "the core system that powers a restaurant's digital membership operations" — not a checkout/POS system, which is already a crowded, commoditized space.

(To protect the core architecture, specific feature modules and implementation details are not shown publicly here — happy to walk through details or demo the product privately.)

🎓 In the Works: An AI-to-Business Course

"The Truth About Turning AI Into a Business: From 'Local Toy' to a Real, Revenue-Generating Product" — currently in production.

A lot of AI projects out there stop at "it runs as a toy on my machine" — there's a wall between that and "a product that actually serves external users and makes money." This course isn't another productivity-tool tutorial; it's meant to take that wall apart and explain it properly. The AI capabilities running inside my own SaaS products — intelligent diagnostic reports, dynamic billing, conversational execution assistants — are all running live in production and genuinely generating revenue, not just a demo that ran once locally. This course is about that real path from "playing with AI" to "AI that makes money," not a conceptual walkthrough or secondhand retelling.

Why me: the market isn't short on "AI influencers" presenting slide decks. What's actually scarce is someone who has embedded AI into the core business flows of a real multi-tenant SaaS product and had it survive real users and real payments. The content here is anchored in pitfalls actually hit and products actually shipped, not theory.

The course has three modules:

  • AI Literacy — quickly build a working mental framework for AI, without chasing hype or selling anxiety, so you can tell real capability from marketing talk in the noisy AI information landscape
  • Process / Workflow — real workflows across different industries, explaining exactly where in a business process AI should be embedded and how to actually implement it, rather than vague "AI productivity" talk
  • Hands-on Practice — real, concrete case studies and exercises you can follow to produce something that actually runs, not just "now I know about it"

Who it's for: individuals / small teams who want to do something with AI but don't know where to start; developers with technical execution skills but lacking commercialization judgment; non-technical founders and owners who want to understand what value AI can actually bring to their business.

The course is in production — to get notified when it launches, add WeChat Javon1123 or email Javon011123@gmail.com.

🔧 Technical Services

Beyond my own products, this underlying capability set is itself a modular HTTP API backend — frontend and backend are decoupled, so the same backend can be reused by different frontend "shells" (Mini Program, H5, native app all calling the same API). That means, beyond a full product, I can also provide on demand:

  • API / backend integration: expose proven capabilities — membership, marketing, orders, AI billing — as APIs to teams or projects that need them, so they don't have to build from scratch
  • Custom technical consulting: hands-on, shipped experience with multi-tenant architecture, permission systems, and payment security for vertical SaaS — not paper proposals
  • UI/UX design resources: the professional design team I work with can provide targeted product visual design for technical founders / early-stage teams

🏗️ Engineering Capability, Not Just Product Judgment

The architecture behind the products, multi-tenant data isolation, payment security, and AI integration — all of this engineering work is led and continuously iterated by me personally. That's why I say I "understand the technology and have real hands-on experience," rather than just being someone who writes requirements. Specific architecture design and implementation details are part of the product's core competitive advantage and aren't shared publicly.

Proprietary algorithms include (purpose only, no implementation detail):

  • A facial-aesthetics quantitative analysis algorithm — turns facial features into structured diagnostic recommendations, used by studios to give clients professional, visualized aesthetic consultations
  • A cross-store, cross-channel dynamic pricing engine — under scenarios with multiple stacked discounts and concurrent orders across stores, computes price down to the smallest currency unit with zero tolerance for rounding error, while closing off real attack paths like "tampering with price to get something for free." Payment-related precision and security are things you only learn how unforgiving they are after actually getting burned by them.

🛠️ Tech Stack

Native Mini Program development · Node.js · Flexible deployment (cloud-hosted or self-hosted) · NoSQL document database · Online payments · LLM / AI integration

🎨 Design

Product design and UI aren't a skin slapped on after the code is done — every screen is built in deep collaboration with a professional, experienced design team, tailored to the target industry's aesthetics and usage context, not a generic template. Information architecture, interaction motion, and visual standards are all driven in parallel with engineering, not "engineer builds it first, designer paints over it at the end."

🤝 Ways to Collaborate

Feel free to reach out to talk about:

  • Vertical industries that want a digital operations system but don't want to build a team and hit every pitfall from zero
  • Existing Mini Program / SaaS products that need mature membership, marketing, or AI-billing capability via API integration
  • Early-stage technical teams missing a product partner perspective who understands both the business and how to actually ship
