- rename, as it's not only for testing EXT:container
- add CE with IRRE content for testing (see [BUG] Reference of Element with IRRE Relations #75, [FEATURE] add IRRE element in test extension #99)
* Docker didn't provide additional value beyond ddev. * Adjust version matrix for PHP and DBMS'. * add JavaScript tests in previously existing ci.yml. * Remove Docker related workflow file.
github workflows require at least node.js v24
