Publish general counterfactual M1 foundation

Publishes the exact 145-file public snapshot generated from spatialcf-development commit cf47b0d124a1dc666e4d4dc81a35f408a43f491a.

Changes:

• publish three current AI2-THOR/planning fixes already present in development main
• add the eight M1 general-counterfactual domain/core contract modules
• preserve the existing Canonical v2 solver and the single generation/publication pipeline
