• Remove some zero-resource-workers mentions
• Moving some descriptions of the alloc_f, W array, work dict, Resources, and History implementation into Additional Resources
• Dramatic rewriting of Ensemble.ready()
• Remove Summit docs
• Clarify in SUPPORT.rst that issues can be opened on github
• remove sim_gen_alloc_api - it doesn't provide new/better info compared to other pages
