Add: DigestSEO MCP suite

Summary

Adds three actively maintained DigestSEO MCP servers to community-servers.yml:

• Web Validator by DigestSEO — mcp-web-validator (npm), category devtools
• Google Search Console by DigestSEO — @digestseo/mcp-gsc (npm), category search
• GEO Tracker by DigestSEO — @digestseo/mcp-geo (npm), category search

Verification

• All three repositories are public, MIT licensed, documented, and expose callable MCP tools.
• All three entries use published npm package identities from their first-party repositories.
• YAML parses successfully.
• The exact constraints from .github/workflows/validate-pr.yml pass: required fields, GitHub URL format, description length, package type, and category.
• Branch changes only community-servers.yml with the three new entries.
